LOAN OFFICER POSITION:
Gateway Mortgage Group is a leading nationwide mortgage originator that provides a wide array of mortgage lending products. We originate, purchase, sell and securitize non-prime residential first and second lien mortgage loans.
Gateway Mortgage Group has grown from a small retail brokerage to a full-service mortgage lender. Gateway Mortgage Group works with many approved mortgage brokers and maintains over 135 sales offices across the United States in 29 states.
Currently our Orlando, Florida branch office has commissioned and flat fee Loan Officer Positions available. We will train but prefer that you bring your own base of business, some leads will be available. The more experience the higher commission split, we will train motivated rookies with less than 1 year experience. Benefits package is available after ninety days of employment, 401k and medical insurance.

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
-
Originating new business by meeting with customers, Realtors, Builders, Developers, etc.

Assisting the client by discussing financial goals and identifying documents needed for the initial loan application

Providing clients with excellent customer service by providing assistance such as:
-
Filling out loan application
-
Gathering necessary documents to support the initial application
-
Quoting interest rates
-
Showing clients different loan products available to them
RECOMMENDED SKILLS:

Understanding of Mortgage Application and Fair Lending Laws

Able to perform in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality results
